A big thanks to all the aunties, uncles, ge ge, jie jie men who visited and cradled me. I hope you had fun and enjoyed the buffet, red eggs, ang ku kueh, glutinous rice, pig trotters..

It has been a fun day for me, gazing and studying all your faces. I was awake from 10am. Finally managed to get a nap at around 4+pm.

My actual 满月 falls on 4 Jan 08. It was brought forward because it’s a Friday and 公公 said it must be celebrated no later than the actual day.

I was placed on my tummy and i was able to hold my head up briefly.

Mama is so proud of me. =)

When Ah Hoon (the nanny) was changing me, i pooed. This was of course nothing to be fascinated about. But wondered how far my pooo went off? hahaha…

It was so powerful that it spurted outside the changing mat onto the mattress and shot all the way onto the floor. Guessed it should be almost a meter away… That’s how far i pooed!

Papa and Mama always know when i poo because it’s always loud and long. Not to mention the smell.. hahaha… ^.^

My acne was diminishing after days of wiping with clean warm cloth after each feed. Good job, papa, mama!

婆婆 proposed to papa and mama to bath me in the following essence so that i will have beautiful flawless skin:
1. Guiness Stout
2. Flower Oil
3. Hennessy

Does all these help?? Hmmm… Is papa and mama going to try them on me?

外婆 bought an anklet and a set of clothes for me. She told mama to put them on for me during my full month celebration aka baby shower. Guess this is some tradition that 外婆 must buy something for her grandson for the full month. ^.^

I’m 3 weeks old!

I seemed to be crying very often recently, for milk and for cuddles.

Every 2hrs, papa or mama had to feed me 60-90ml breast or formula milk. I got hungry faster after feeding on breast milk. After each feed, i’ll cry if papa/mama puts me on the bed. Papa and Mama had to cradle me in their arms and pat me on my butt so that i can sleep soundly.

Broke mama’s heart to see me crying so hard…

During the day, i’m awake more often and i like to look around and study peoples’ faces.

Hmmm… Who do i look like?

I had my first ‘hair cut’ today. 婆婆 shaved my side burns and eyebrows. No more side burns and eyebrows!!!! -_-”

This is a tradition that is practiced in both sides of the families. It’s believed that the hair will grow coarser, thicker and nicer after the cut. I will bear with the hairless eyebrows for the time being since it’s for my own good.

Papa purposely caused 婆婆’s hands looked so wrinkled and old by making the photo black and white. hahaha… ^.^

I had my first encounter of baby acne on my face. The patches of red acne started from 1 side of the cheek to another and finally, a few pimples landed on my forehead.

Papa/Mama: My skin is very sensitive now. Please promise to take good care of me! Please remember to wipe my face with clean warm cloth 3 times a day so that i can recover faster.
